Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Delivery of budget across all key metrics OP, OC% and operational NWC%
- Drive delivery of price mix and RGM initiatives With Commercial and portfolio expansion in line with the growth ambitions.
- Reduce debt and stock levels in PZ Consumer, Full NWC reconciliation and drivers monthly
- Enhance efficiency of IBP process to deliver efficient Commercial Planning.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness on the Commercial Finance Reporting to the CFO
- Ensure useful outcome from the Market Visits (monthly report to the CFO and regularly assess the quality of the market data used for Commercial decisions (marketing research, Credit limits vs sales vs DSO, stock availability, etc.)
- Deliver overheads optimisations initiatives in line with budget
- Drive efficiency of promotional spend – ensure accuracy and timelines on the commercial finance reporting to CFO
- Support delivery of Audit plan (Internal and external) – ensure timely management review, input and action plans
- Ensure Internal audit plans are applied/ timelines in the contribution for external audit

Persons Specification :
Knowledge / Qualifications/ Technical/ Professional experience:
- Self-starter with 7+ years of practice or industry experience in a multinational/ FMCG company.
- B.Sc. Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance/ finance related discipline
- ACA/ACCA/CPA/CISA/CIA qualification required.
- Well-developed corporate communication skills and deep proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience of interfacing with senior management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
