Job Overview

Key Responsibilities




  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.

  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and handling cash flow management.

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely submission.

  • Support the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning tasks.

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

  • Provide general accounting support and assist with audits when required.



Qualifications




  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Officer or in a similar accounting role.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication skills.
