Core Responsibilities
Technical Support:
- Troubleshooting technical issues with hardware and software.
- Assisting with the maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Providing technical support to users.
- Setting up and operating technical equipment for events or projects.
Administrative Support:
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Handling data entry and processing invoices.
- Preparing and archiving documentation, including reports, records, and contracts.
- Managing inventory and supplies.
- Acting as a liaison between departments and staff.
Project Support:
- Assisting with project planning and implementation.
- Collecting and analyzing information for projects.
- Preparing reports and presentations.
Other Duties:
- Conducting research and gathering information.
- Assisting with training and onboarding.
- May also be involved in developing and maintaining systems for documentation and records.
- May be involved in training other technicians.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years experience.
