- AK Swift Logistics Limited is recruiting a smart, confident, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and boosting our brand visibility.
- You will work both independently and as part of a sales team, with support and resources—including a company car for mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, freight, and haulage
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active clients
- Build and manage strong customer relationships
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with fellow sales executives to meet collective goals
- Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and networking events
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research
- Ensure excellent after-sales follow-up
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage
Experience:
At least 3–5 years of sales/marketing experience
Experience in logistics, freight, or B2B services is an advantage
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship and customer service orientation
- Confidence in sales pitching and deal closing
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of logistics/supply chain is a plus
- Basic digital skills and ability to create simple presentations.
- Must be target-driven and self-motivated

- Driving skill is an added advantage (company car provided for mobility).
