Key Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.


• Operate dairy processing equipment (e.g., pasteurizers, separators, homogenizers, retort) safely and efficiently.


• Prepare, update, and maintain all necessary production and maintenance documents.


• Ensure equipment is in safe and optimal working condition at all times.


• Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance on equipment.


• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, damages, or required repairs promptly.


• Repair and clean processing equipment when necessary.


• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.


• Support junior operators with guidance and training on operational tasks.


• Collaborate with Team Leaders to complete assigned duties within deadlines.


• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and operational procedures.


• Propose process enhancements to improve productivity and safety.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.


• Participate in waste management and environmental safety programs.


• Report any unsafe practices or conditions immediately to the Team Leader.


• Follow any other duties or instructions as assigned by the Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or Management.

Key Requirement

• OND/HND in Engineering/Food Technology/Sciences.


• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in diary manufacturing.


• Proficient in operating standard Milk processing equipment.


• Knowledge of food safety principles and practices to ensure product quality and safety.


• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Effective communication is essential to working well in a team and following instructions.


• Ability to manage time effectively to meet production targets.
