The Equipment Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement, maintenance, storage, and distribution of equipment, while also leveraging their sales experience to identify opportunities, engage clients, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily management of equipment inventory, including tracking, maintenance, and documentation.
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and serviced regularly.
Coordinate logistics for the delivery and return of equipment.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase equipment sales and rentals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
Provide reports on inventory status, usage trends, and sales performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to equipment handling and storage.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with Proven experience in equipment management, preferably in an industrial or construction environment and also relevant experience in equipment management and sales.
Strong background in sales or business development related to equipment or machinery.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
Technical knowledge of equipment types and usage is a plus.
