Job Brief

• You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

Responsibilities

• Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions reviews.


• Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation.


• Assists customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and providing information about flight schedules, pricing, and policies, ensuring a smooth booking experience.


• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.


• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

Requirements and Skills

• OND, HND / B.Sc in any related field.


• 1- 2 years experience with a registered travel company.


• General knowledge about ticketing, hotel reservations.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc).


• Must reside close to the job location.
