Position Summary
- We are looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven Visa Officer with expertise in A-list countries visa packaging, including the USA, UK, Canada, Schengen States, and Australia.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing high-quality visa applications, guiding clients through complex documentation processes, and ensuring a high success rate of approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and package visa applications for A-list countries, ensuring compliance with all specific embassy/consulate requirements
- Review and verify client documents for completeness, authenticity, and accuracy
- Guide clients through the visa process, including document checklists, appointment bookings, and interview preparation
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa types, processing timelines, and entry requirements
- Monitor changes in visa policies, immigration rules, and embassy protocols for A-list destinations
- Handle follow-up with embassies, VFS/Gerry’s offices, and other relevant authorities
- Maintain detailed records of applications, outcomes, and client communication
- Offer personalized visa advisory support to improve approval chances
- Assist in fraud detection and ensure ethical processing standards are upheld
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in visa processing, with a focus on A-list countries (USA, UK, Canada, Schengen, Australia, etc.)
- In-depth understanding of documentation and application procedures for each destination
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong organizational and document management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to identify potential red flags or documentation gaps
- Proficient in MS Office and visa submission portals (e.g., DS-160, UKVI, IRCC, VFS Global)
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher national Diploma in any field
- Experience working with visa consultancy firms, immigration lawyers, or travel agencies
- Multilingual skills (especially English proficiency) are a plus.
