Responsibilities




  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's vision, values, and long-term objectives.

  • Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce.

  • Leading performance management and talent development initiatives, providing coaching and support to managers and employees.

  • Designing and executing employee engagement programs, ensuring a positive work environment and a strong company culture.

  • Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company objectives.

  • Leading HR analytics and reporting, providing insights to guide decision-making and improve HR processes.

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating HR-related risks for the organization.

  • Collaborating with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

  • 12 years of experience in administration including 5 years in a supervisory capacity, required

  • Relevant professional certifications

  • Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, the office equipment, recordkeeping systems,

  • management information systems, and related protocols used in the organization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • You have proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a track record of successfully driving HR strategies and initiatives.

  • You have in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.

  • You can demonstrate the ability to foster employee engagement, create a positive work culture, and lead through influence.

  • You have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven and analytical approach to HR.
