Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
12 years of experience in administration including 5 years in a supervisory capacity, required

Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, the office equipment, recordkeeping systems,
management information systems, and related protocols used in the organization
