Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to lead market expansion efforts, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the agricultural sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end users.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Provide product education and demonstrations to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth areas.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and field visits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the agro industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of agricultural products and distribution channels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
