  • Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to lead market expansion efforts, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the agricultural sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end users.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

  • Provide product education and demonstrations to clients.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth areas.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

  • Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and field visits.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the agro industry

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of agricultural products and distribution channels

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
