Job Objective
- The Sales Associate is responsible for expanding our clientele – prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop proposals for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Execute business strategies to meet customer and financial targets
- Identify and contact new clients across the board
- Create and consistently update a database of potential clients
- Analyze customer feedback data to determine customer satisfaction.
- Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
- Collaborate with company consultants to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet with potential clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives

Educational Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales management or relevant field.
