Job Objective




  • The Sales Associate is responsible for expanding our clientele – prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.

  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop proposals for clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

  • Execute business strategies to meet customer and financial targets

  • Identify and contact new clients across the board

  • Create and consistently update a database of potential clients

  • Analyze customer feedback data to determine customer satisfaction.

  • Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning.

  • Find and develop new markets and improve sales.

  • Collaborate with company consultants to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.

  • Meet with potential clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives

Educational Qualifications / Experience:




  • Bachelor's Degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales management or relevant field.
