About the Role

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For




  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business, Insurance, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, especially in agribusiness or insurance.

  • Solid understanding of agricultural insurance and risk management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive mindset with a hunger for results.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional certifications (like ACIIN or DVM) are a plus.
