Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Monitoring and auditing compliance with HSE standards and procedure.
Developing and implementing risk management plans.
Conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
Identifying, assessing, and controlling HSE risks.
Promoting a positive safety culture within the organization.
Providing HSE training and awareness programs for employees.
Ensuring proper documentation and reporting of incidents.
Investigating incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinating emergency response efforts in case of incidents or accidents.
Developing and implementing emergency response plans.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure HSE compliance.
Communicating HSE information to employees and stakeholders.
Implementing corrective and preventative actions.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Relevant HSE Professional certificate is an added advantage
Proficiency in safety auditing, inspection and identifying hazards.
