We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Media & Branding Executive with a strong foundation in graphic design to join our team. This hybrid role blends visual storytelling with strategic branding and advertising, ideal for a designer who understands the power of brand communication across media platforms.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop compelling visual content and branded assets for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, email, and print.

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into engaging visual narratives.

  • Create and manage brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design outputs.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Support client branding initiatives including logo design, packaging concepts, digital ads, and promotional material.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize creative assets based on insights and feedback.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and digital marketing innovations.



Required Skills & Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, media, or branding roles (agency or in-house).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital design work.

  • Understanding of social media design best practices and digital ad formats.

  • A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual composition.

  • Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
