Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and ductwork.


• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC-related mechanical and electrical issues.


• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal climate control.


• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections in accordance with company and regulatory standards.


• Assist in the design and installation of new HVAC systems or system upgrades.


• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety regulations.


• Coordinate with other facilities personnel and contractors for major repairs or system installations.


• Monitor and manage energy consumption related to HVAC systems for efficiency improvements.


• Respond to emergency HVAC issues and participate in on-call rotation if required.
