Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to prepare delicious meals according to our recipes and high standards. You will play a key role in delivering a great dining experience by preparing food that looks and tastes great while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following the restaurant's recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
- Ensure food is cooked properly, timely, and presented well
- Follow portion control guidelines and minimize waste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing food supplies properly
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Adapt to new menu items, specials, and kitchen procedures as needed
- Follow instructions from the head chef or kitchen supervisor
