- Identify, manage, and resolve interface issues between different engineering disciplines, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain an interface management plan to ensure all project interfaces are clearly defined and communicated.
- Facilitate regular interface meetings with internal teams and external contractors to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for interface-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to project interfaces, including interface registers, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Provide regular updates to project management on interface status, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams regarding interface-related issues and best practices.
- Review engineering designs and specifications to ensure compatibility and compliance with project requirements.
- Identify potential risks associated with interfaces and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all interface-related risks are addressed in project planning and execution
- Must have offshore experience
