Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering all commercial agreements relating to the Group’s Gas portfolio and ensuring sustainable business goal achievement


• Identify and source for technical partners for major projects tenders for specialized services in upstream/downstream oil & gas


• Responsible for the executing the Gas strategy and vision of the Group’s midstream/ Downstream businesses


• Drive the strategic business management of IOCs, NOCs, NAPIMS, DPR, NCDMB & NUPRC


• Responsible for directing the Group’s energy transition agenda and developing the right strategies for emissions reduction that offer opportunities to diversify into clean energy


• Oversee the development and implementation of energy projects


• Provide guidance on R&D efforts for various new technologies across the Group


• Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion within specified timeline

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering, Business Administration or any relevant field


• Vast experience in the oil and gas sector in areas of Commercial, Bid & Contracts Management


• Skilled in Relationship Management, Gas & Petroleum Business Planning, and Contracts Administration


• Strong project and people management experience


• Strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
