Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to lead our architectural team. 


• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering high-profile projects, as well as mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.


• Design and Documentation: Develop and prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for projects.


• Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide design options, and obtain feedback.


• Team Management: Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support.


• Business Development: Contribute to business development, including marketing, proposal writing, and networking.


• Quality Control: Ensure that projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.


• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to projects.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.


• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on residential, commercial and industrial projects.


• Registration: Arcon Registered Architect with current practice license


• Software Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.


• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.


• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
