Qualifications

Main Responsibilities




  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their department to ensure their needs and goals are met.

  • Manage the full recruiting life-cycle, from screening and sourcing to interviewing and final offer negotiation

  • Identify best practice and manage improvement in recruitment processes

  • Track, analyze and summarize statistics to determine effectiveness of recruitment sources

  • Perform other duties as assigned



Skills :




  • 1+ years of experience in Mobile/technology industry recruitment

  • Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented, resourceful and able to multitask efficiently

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management and internet sourcing tools.
