Duties:

• Setting up machine to start production cycle


• Support other machine operators to ensure good flow of production process


• Report malfunctions or errors to supervising staff immediately and relay important information about the issue etc.


• Controlling and adjusting machine settings


• Filling containers with the required number of products using filling machines


• Adjusting machine components and pressure to ensure quality and conformity of products


• Keeping accurate records of production quantities


• Following safety and sanitary procedures to prevent product contamination


• Perform simple hourly maintenance on the machine to ensure it is completely functional and safe to operate

Requirements:

• Minimum of Ond in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related fields.


• Previous experience in a bottling production company is a major advantage.


• Sound knowledge on usage of KRONES or SIDEL machines would be an added advantage.


• Experience: 2-4 years
