• We are hiring a results-driven Team Lead, Digital Products to support our digital strategy.


• The ideal candidate will have strong product development experience and a proven ability to lead agile teams in delivering custorner-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of digital product lines aligned with business strategy.


• Convert business needs and customer insights into product features.


• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Compliance teams.


• Monitor product performance and user feedback for improvements.


• Support the development of product frameworks and governance standards.


• Drive innovation and identify opportunities for product evolution.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5—7 years of experience in digital product development or transformation.


• Banking or financial services background preferred.


• Strong knowledge of agile delivery methods and product lifecycle management.


• Bachelor's degree; certifications (e.g., Agile/scrum, PMP) are a plus.


• Excellent analytical, attention-to-detail, and communication skills.
