Responsibilities

• Supervising all academic & administrative activities within the school


• Attending to academic deficient pupils while developing strategic solutions to bring up to speed in their academics


• Conducting periodic checks on activities of the teachers while reporting to the management


• Giving daily report to the management on happenings within the school.

Requirements

• Must possess at least B.Sc., B.Ed., HND in Guidance & Councelling, Administration or other related fields from reputable institutions.


• Must possess at least 2 years cognate experience in admistration/ academic supervision-related field


• Possess at least 2 years experience working as an academic supervisor or any academic supervisory position.


• Sound understanding of primary school curriculum


• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.


• Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
