The Business Manager (Pastry) will be responsible for leading the pastry sales unit and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, marketing acumen, and operational oversight in the fast-paced food retail space.

Salary: 250,000 (Net, Monthly)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance across key business indicators including revenue, volume, inventory management, labor costs, and product freshness.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through innovative local sales marketing (LSM) initiatives and broader marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business growth plans for both existing and potential B2B/B2C clients (retail stores, restaurants, institutional clients, etc.).
- Lead and implement programs that enhance team performance, productivity, and quality of service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Drive brand visibility and retail presence through effective merchandising and display strategies.
- Continuously improve operations, team capabilities, and internal processes.
- Source and retain clients by identifying and developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong engagement with existing customers.
- Provide market intelligence and keep clients informed about trends and newly launched pastry products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations, sales, or food marketing, preferably with pastries or bakery products.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting and inventory management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- A passion for food and innovation within the pastry/restaurant industry.
