As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and strategically positioning the brand for market dominance in the food and catering industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, catering services, and client relationship management.
Reporting Line: Executive Director
Salary: 300,000 (Net, Monthly)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential client segments.
- Generate and follow up on business leads, guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
- Develop compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Organize and lead meetings with prospective clients to pitch the brand’s offerings.
- Negotiate and close profitable business deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Promote the brand to enhance visibility and market presence.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales, revenues, client feedback, and invoices.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Maximize the value of existing accounts while securing new ones.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and client functions.
- Train and support team members to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate both front and back-office teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales/business development role.
- Experience in outdoor catering is essential and non-negotiable.
- Strong understanding of the food industry and market trends.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage client expectations.
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
