Salary Range: 100,000 – 150,000



Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Inventory Personnel to join our supply chain team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all inventory is accounted for, properly stored, and readily accessible to meet operational needs. This position requires a proactive individual who can work both independently and collaboratively to support daily warehouse and inventory operations.



The Inventory Personnel is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting physical counts, identifying discrepancies, and implementing effective inventory control measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management systems and procedures, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of stock levels across all departments.



Key Responsibilities:



Inventory Management & Accuracy:




  • Monitor and track inventory levels daily to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.

  • Conduct regular cycle counts, spot checks, and full physical inventories as scheduled.

  • Record, document, and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely and thorough manner.

  • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory transactions using inventory management software or ERP systems.



Reporting & Documentation:




  • Generate inventory reports for management to assist in purchasing decisions and planning.

  • Maintain detailed records of product locations, transfers, and adjustments.

  • Assist with audits and work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance.



Operational Support:




  • Ensure that storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.

  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and communicate findings to management.

  • Assist other departments with inventory-related inquiries or support as needed.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.



Qualifications:




  • BSC/HND in Inventory Management, Business Administration, or a related field .

  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar).

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Capable of lifting and moving inventory items up to [insert weight] lbs.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.



Working Conditions:




  • Work is performed in a warehouse or storage facility environment.

  • May involve standing or walking for long periods.

  • Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the warehouse environment.

  • Use of warehouse tools such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), hand trucks, and barcode scanners.

  • May require occasional overtime, especially during inventory counts or peak seasons.
