Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Account Supervisor based in Lagos.


• The Finance & Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising financial operations, account reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and analysis, as well as managing accounts payable and receivable.


• The role also involves coordinating audits, implementing financial policies and procedures, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management, account reconciliations, budgeting, and financial forecasting


• Knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable and receivable management


• Proficiency in preparing financial reports and coordinating audits


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and manage a team


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field


• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus


• Experience in the security industry is an advantage
