Job Duties:

• Maintenance of the Warehouse


• Supplying of goods to customers


• Supervising the loading/offloading of goods


• Receiving Supplies


• Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss/theft or damage and to achieve complete warehouse optimization.


• Identification of excesses or shortages in goods supplied


• Follow all relevant operational procedures and ensure that store activity are carried out in a consistent manner.


• Documentation of new supplies


• Stock card management (Recordkeeping)

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc / HND qualification


• Minimum of 4 years experience as a storekeeper


• Must be highly organized


• Must have Bookkeeping and inventory control skills


• Must be Familiar with store/ warehouse management practices and environment


• Familiar with material quality control and assurance procedures


• Competent in data management and reporting


• Competent in using Microsoft Office


• Attentive to details and time requirements


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
