  • We are seeking a Brand Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting brand management and marketing efforts.



Responsibilities




  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans.

  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Support the creation and management of promotional campaigns and events.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to ensure brand consistency.

  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, including sales data and market share.

  • Manage and update brand-related materials, such as packaging, advertising, and digital content.

  • Liaise with external agencies for advertising, media planning, and creative development.

  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing channels.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry. 2 years+

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Professional Association membership will be an added advantage.
