Responsibilties




  • Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities.

  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and client visits to build a pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-up to convert prospects into paying clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in offerings and services.

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets set by the MD/CEO.

  • Present and sell tailored solutions (e.g., travel packages, training programs, exhibitions) that align with client needs.

  • Conduct research to identify new market trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to align marketing campaigns with sales efforts.

  • Participate in the development and execution of promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.

  • Customize presentations to effectively showcase the company’s offerings and value proposition.

  • Submit regular progress reports to the MD/CEOon lead generation, sales activities, and outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and contracts.



Qualifications




  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelors Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
