Job Overview




  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the finance sector. 

  • The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our financial products and services.



Key Responsibilities




  • Generate loan and lease transactions for the company

  • Underwrite credit/credit proposals

  • Market all company products in risk asset

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships for repeat business

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely processing of financial products

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools

  • Ensure compliance with risk management protocols

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.



Requirements




  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or numerate discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in financial institution (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of personal and business loan products

  • Proven credit analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • High level of integrity, resilience, and tenacity

  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards

  • Strategic thinking ability to identify opportunities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
