We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in our finance company. The ideal candidate will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and ensure smooth operations within the executive office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executives' calendars, appointments, meetings, and events
Respond to emails, answer phone calls, and relay messages professionally
Draft and proofread correspondence including emails, letters, and reports
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare meeting agendas and take comprehensive minutes
Create presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
Manage social media accounts and create basic content
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and consultants
Assist with event planning and logistics for company events
Serve as first point of contact for external stakeholders
Handle administrative tasks and errands as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in a numerate or business-related discipline
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (including internships and NYSC)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms
Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation
Excellent time management and attention to detail
High level of discretion and professionalism
Familiarity with the finance industry and productivity tools
