Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred.


• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in farm management, with a proven track record of success in cassava or similar crop production.


• Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques, including sustainable agriculture practices.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Financial management and budgeting skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in farm management.


• Familiarity with the agricultural landscape and regulatory environment in Nigeria.


• Willingness to work in a rural setting.
