Job Description
- Oversee and drive the sales team to achieve the set financial KPIs
- Sell our client’s products and services directly to existing and new accounts.
- Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling and cross-selling to the existing customer base
- Meet planned sales goals.
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of applications.
- Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure
- Maintain a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Liaise with marketing department on lead generation.
- Promote the organization and product.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Requirements
- University Degree or its equivalent, preferably in Business, Computer / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Computer Science is required
- Prior experience as Head of Sales or Sales Manager in the IT infrastructure or software solution company will be an added advantage.
