Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are currently expanding and need to fill the following job positions immediately.

Accountant

This role is to manage the monthly VAT(WHT, Input and Output VAT) returns, Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Management Account Report, and other assigned accounting tasks. 

2-3 years working experience and accounting certification in view

Architect

This role is to design projects using AUTOCAD for the facility and facilitate the supervision of the projects.

5-7 years working experience as an Architect with specialty in finishing. 

 Aluminum Technician

To cut, bend, weld aluminium and facade.

3-5 years working experience and a minimum qualification of Trade Test. 

Carpenter

To work on door cylinder, door engines, make cabinets, to fit, install, and trim.

3-5 years working experience and a minimum qualification of SSCE. 

Electrician

To install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipments like electric motor, star data, smoke detector, and other assigned tasks.

3-5 years working experience and a minimum qualification of Trade Test. 

Firefighter

To monitor and prevent fire by watching the 

HVAC Technician 

To install, maintain, and repairs heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

3-5 years working experience and a minimum qualification of Trade Test. 

Painter 

To manage POP, Screeding, Gloss Painting and professional finishing of all jobs required.

   

Plumber

To install and maintain fits and repairs of PPR, PVC, UPR pipes, maintain swimming pool, maintain sewage system, and othr assigned tasks. 

3-5 years working experience and a minimum qualification of Trade Test.
