Job Summary



  • The Sales Supervisor is responsible for organizing workflow and ensuring that the sales team deliver on stipulated targets, develop sales strategies, follow through and generate sales reports in a timely manner.

  • This role involves a smooth operation of the sales and corporate teams and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.


Job Role



  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

  • Organize and coordinate a sales team

  • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock

  • Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

  • Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand

  • Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards

  • Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases

  • Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents

  • Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • 3 years’ experience in a sales focused customer/client facing role with a track record of top performance

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

  • Ability to use CRM and ERP softwares.
