Summary




  • The Front desk officer will serve as the first point of contact to clients, welcoming them in a warm and friendly manner.



Duties / Responsibilities




  • Welcome and assist patients/clients in a warm and friendly manner

  • Handle phone calls and messages sent on phone, via email or whatsapp promptly

  • Properly schedule appointment

  • Handle and resolve clients complaints effectively

  • Service the need of existing clients and build new relationships

  • Notify clients about new collections in store

  • Compile and analyze sales figure



Skills / Requirements




  • B.Sc holder from a reputable university

  • Not less than 2 years post-NYSC relevant work experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good sales and negotiation skills

  • Must be tech savvy and be quick to adapt to new technologies and equipment

  • Great problem solving skills

  • Must take initiative and be self-driven.
