  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. 

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, particularly luxury hairs, and possess the skills to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and enhance brand loyalty.



Key Responsibilities




  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Customer Engagement: Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback to inform business decisions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.



Qualifications




  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within the beauty or luxury goods industry.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the beauty industry and an understanding of luxury consumer behavior.

  • Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
