Description 

• Manage and oversee the procurement of goods and services, including sourcing, contracting, and purchasing.


• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement.


• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely cost-effective delivery of goods and services.


• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and develop improvement plans as needed. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and contractors.


• Develop and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers and contractors.


• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Negotiate contract renewals and amendments as needed.


• Develop and manage the procurement budget to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.


• Analyze procurement costs and identify areas for cost savings. Implement cost-control measures to reduce procurement costs.


• Manage and supervise the procurement team, including procurement officers, contract administrators, and supplier relationship managers.


• Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of procurement staff.


• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture within the procurement team.


• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal customers, suppliers, and contractors.


• Communicate procurement plans and strategies to stakeholders.
