Responsibilties

  • Manage employee conflicts and grievances.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems.

  • Conduct performance evaluations. Identify areas for improvement.

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS.

  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage employee benefits and compensation. 

  • Coordinate employee events and activities.

  • Ensure compliance with HR. policies and procedures. 

  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian Labor Laws. Manage employee documentation.

  • Provide HR. reports to management. 

  • Analyze HR. metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism).

Qualifications




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 8 years work experience in a related field.
