Job Role

• Raising of customer invoice on the software


• Preparation and posting stock requisition and return on the software


• Computation and preparation of debtor's list


• Update debt recovering plan


• Reconciliation of supervisor's balance on the software


• Update fund collection schedule


• Stock count and preparation of stock count report


• Preparation of corporate customer payment request


• Posting of customer payment receipt on the software


• Preparation of stock receipt schedule and posting on the software


• Reconciliation of customer ledger on the software


• Update daily sales record for monthly management report


• Prepare and process statutory - PAYEE, VAT & WHT


• Coordinate all the activities within the unit


• Ensure full compliance to all processes, policies and procedures of the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or related field preferred


• 3 years’ experience in similar role


• Ability to use accounting software
