Responsibilities 

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the shop floor (e.g., restaurant, café, lounge, bakery, or retail space).


• Ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of customer orders.


• Assign duties and supervise front-line staff including cashiers, waiters, and floor assistants.


• Ensure staff maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, and dress code.


• Conduct daily briefings and monitor punctuality, performance, and attitude.


• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.


• Ensure guests are welcomed, served courteously, and their expectations are exceeded.


• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure cash and POS transactions are accurate.


• Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotions and upselling techniques.


• Monitor stock levels of consumables, packaging, and supplies.


• Ensure timely restocking and report shortages or excesses to the appropriate departments.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.


• B.Sc Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Public health or a related field.
