Requirements

Education:

• Degree in Education

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in administrative or Assistant Head Teacher position

Other Requirements:

• University Degree in related discipline and qualified Teaching Certification and sound knowledge of school administration and leadership


• Previous experience within a school / educational setting.


• Extensive experience in the Early Years setting is required


• International/ NGO experience is an added advantage


• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and achieve results


• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and commercially aware


• Proven ability to remain calm in stressful situations, tackle difficult issues, and communicate effectively.
