Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursing Lecturer to join our academic team on a full-time basis. 


• The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction in foundation of nursing, mentor students, and actively participate in academic and administrative responsibilities. 


• You will serve as a role model in professionalism, innovation, and leadership within the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures in foundation of Nursing.


• Mark and grade student assessments in line with academic standards.


• Carry out administrative duties and contribute to curriculum development.


• Serve as a role model to junior staff and students.


• Participate in departmental meetings, student evaluation, and institutional growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN, RM certification, BNSc, and PGDE.


• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar academic role.


• Demonstrated competence in innovative teaching, leadership, and academic administration.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and mentoring skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication.
