This position involves providing professional guidance and counselling services, performing psychological assessments, and offering support during personal or academic crises.

Key Responsibilities
Provide academic, personal, and career counselling to students and staff.
Conduct psychological assessments and offer appropriate interventions.
Identify students experiencing academic or emotional challenges and develop tailored support plans.
Offer crisis intervention and case management support when necessary.
Maintain confidential student records and track progress.
Support the development of a positive and inclusive school environment.
Collaborate with faculty and administrators to implement wellness and development programs.
Handle administrative duties related to counselling programmes and student well-being initiatives.
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Guidance & Counselling, Psychology, or a related field in Education.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational institution.
Proficient in psychological assessment, case management, crisis intervention, and ethical/legal counseling practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or as part of a team.
