Key Responsibilities

• Track growth & performance across FMCG clusters.


• Analyse micro-fulfilment centre throughput & staff productivity.


• Use dashboards to interpret trends & shipment metrics.


• Support operational assessments and identify bottlenecks.


• Monitor implementation of centre-specific execution plans.


• Collaborate with Cluster Managers on strategic reporting.


• Track customer transitions and provide insights.


• Deliver regular performance updates to inform decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.


• 2 – 4 years’ experience in performance monitoring or logistics.


• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.


• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and data-savvy.
