- Sell FAAM's products with a major focus on driving the Halal fund/ethical investment products
- Develop new products
Duties / Responsibilities
- Identify and negotiate Islamic business opportunities and develop specific plans to increase the portfolio in line with business targets
- Identify and mobilize investments from both individual and corporate entities
- Ensure shariah compliant solutions are offered to clients
- Create new businesses and relationships according to set target
- Support the team in the development and implementation of new Islamic Investment products and services.
- Develop bi-annual activity plans for the Halal fund
Requirements
- Combined 5 years of experience in Sales and expertise in Islamic Finance
- Strategy development, monitoring and execution
- Good track record of business development
- Ability to cross-sell First Ally products and generate revenue
- Experience in drafting and finalizing proposals, work plans and report
- Ability to solve problems and negotiate
- Ability to win clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- A good first degree in any discipline. A relevant Master\\\'s degree will be an advantage
- A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage
