We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Director in daily administrative and personal tasksThe ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage the MD’s schedule, and ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow across the executive’s office.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the MD’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Liaise with internal staff, clients, partners, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office management.
Monitor tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
