Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced HDPE Blow Mold Machine Operator to Join our team that oversee the operation of our blow molding machines. 


• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality HDPE plasticproducts, troubleshooting machine issues, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HDPE blow mold machines to produce high-quality plastic products


• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime


• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications


• Conduct regular quality checks and report any defects or issues


• Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines


• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations


• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines as needed


• Train and mentor junior operators to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / NCE / NECO qualification


• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating HDPE blow mold machines


• Proven track record of meeting production targets and quality standards


• Strong knowledge of blow molding processes and machine maintenance


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and documents


• Physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
