Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
B2B Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients in need of logistics services across various industries.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and untapped segments.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for business clients.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Create tailored proposals and presentations to showcase the value of Whoosh NG’s logistics solutions to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and onboarding new B2B clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company policies.
Data and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management on client acquisition metrics.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with B2B acquisition goals.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to support product development and service enhancements.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
- 1 - 2 years experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving results.
- Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus.
